Saturday 4/4

Today was a great day. The sun woke me up around 8. I created a new playlist for my iPhone and I was out the door by 10:30 downing a Muscle Milk in the car on the way to the gym. I did 25 minutes of cardio, lifted for 45, and then did 25 more minutes of cardio. I treated myself to a healthy sushi lunch before I shopped till I dropped for 3 hours. Tara and I made steak for dinner with guac...hmm protein. I even split a blizzard with Mao for dessert because I did so well. I think I am finally back on track.

Trying the Beach Body class at Allstar tomorrow.

Wednesday 4/1

Today my dept had our rescheduled holiday lunch. We has Chinese food and it was nuts. We ordered about 20 dished for 11 people. It was good,but very dangerous. I ate sooooo much! I did make it to Max Sculpt today and had a great workout. I also purchased a 3 month tanning package which will help me get to the gym :). On tomorrow's agenda, swimming with Mao.

Tuesday

Today I did pretty well with my food intake. Stayed within my 1200 calorie goal. I met Tara down on Alki and we squeezed in a 3 mile walk today and salad for dinner. Tomorrow my goal is to not overeat at our Employee lunch at some Chinese restaurant and kickboxing and Max Sculpt tomorrow night. :)

Monday's Workout

Today went well on the get-in-shape tip. I snacked a little more than I should have, but tomorrow is another  day. I went to my fav class, Max Sculpt with Loni tonight, and I had a great workout. I increased my weights on both squats and curls, plus I joined the class weight loss challenge yay. I just ordered another suit from VS so I better look good in it by the time it arrives.
